Cancellation Policy

J and C Building Cleaning's Move In and Out Cleaning service ensures a pristine environment during property transitions. This policy outlines service details and client responsibilities. Access: Client must provide access to the building on time and at schedules date, if not provided and we are onsite we will try to gain access and communicate with client, if not response is had within 15 min of appointment time we will vacate and no refund is granted Scope of Services: Our comprehensive service covers interior cleaning, including dusting, surface wiping, floor cleaning, and disinfection. Specific areas like kitchens and bathrooms receive thorough attention, and exterior spaces are addressed as needed. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide clear property access, remove personal items, and communicate specific cleaning requirements. Garbage Removal and Large Items: Property owners are responsible for garbage removal, and clients must manage waste disposal. Large items, such as furniture or appliances, are the client's responsibility for removal before cleaning. Scheduling and Cancellation: Clients are advised to schedule services in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid fees. If less then 48 hours we will retain 50% and if less then 24hours we retain 100% of fee paid Payment Terms: Payment is due upon service completion, with various accepted methods. Location: We only service within Ontario and 25kl around Ottawa We do not service Quebec Quality Guarantee: J and C Building Cleaning is committed to high-quality services.
